It’s going to be a busy 2019!

Sewell Mill Storytelling Festival

11AM – 4PM
Sewell Mill Library and Cultural Center
2051 Lower Roswell Road
Marietta, GA 30068

Event Schedule

I’ll be joining up with Morbid Smile to sell artwork and books at this first annual event! We’re both excited to see what this new single day festival will be like. This will be the very first book event of the season for me!

Alabama Book Festival

April 13, 2019
Old Alabama Town
301 Columbus Street, Montgomery, AL

Schedule

I was so thrilled to get the opportunity to be part of this event! Plus I get to head to Alabama again and catch up with some old friends, and meet some new ones. I’m really excited to start the year out right with a YA panel with some amazing authors! Check them out:

Book Warehouse

April 27, 2019
Tanger Outlets in Locust Grove, GA
2:00 PM-4:00 PM

Book signing event at Book Warehouse in Locust Grove, GA in the Tanger Outlets shopping center. I discovered this place a few months back right before they were going to move and was so thrilled to find out we had a bookstore so close! They were super nice and helpful when this had to get rescheduled a couple of times. Come out to get copies of Stolen, to get a copy signed, or just to chat!

Geranium Festival

May 18, 2019
McDonough Square, In front of Grits Family Restaurant
McDonough, GA

We had a blast at the Geranium Festival last year, and I’m looking forward to it again! I feel like we’ve learned so much in just a year’s time that we’ll go into it with a far better understanding of what to do and how. It’ll officially be our second year doing festivals and I’m so thrilled!

BookCon

June 1 – 2, 2019
Javits Center, New York City

Of all the festivals I have planned to attend this year, this one is definitely high on the excitement/anxiety list! It’ll be our first time going to New York and our first time being at such a big festival. I’m so excited to be sharing a booth with such incredibly talented authors too!

4th of July Family Fest

July 4, 2019
Locust Grove, GA

Another festival that I enjoyed so much last year. I even got the surprising chance to get interviewed on the radio! Needless to say, I’m still amazing I didn’t shriek with joy afterwards haha. Looking forward to the music, the conversations, and of course, the fireworks again this year!

MiniCon

Saturday, July 20
10AM – 4PM
Sewell Mill Library and Cultural Center
2051 Lower Roswell Road
Marietta, GA 30068

We’re back again at the Sewell Mill Library, this time for MiniCon – a convention that includes cosplay, panels, vendors, and of course, the 501st!

Decatur Book Festival

Saturday, August 31 – Sunday, September 1
Saturday 10AM-6PM
Sunday 12PM-6PM
Downtown Decatur, Georgia
Parliament House Booth 417
Horror Writers Association Booth 505-507

Our first year at the Decatur Book Festival! This is a free event in downtown Decatur, Georgia and I’ll be helping out at multiple booths.

Parliament House is going to be in two booths at 417, and I’ll be there most of the time with my fellow authors helping out and signing copies. On Saturday and Sunday, from 12 PM – 2 PM I’ll be over at the Horror Writers Association booths at 505-507, signing copies there too!

So if you drop by and don’t see me, remember I’ll be at two locations for these two days!

Next Chapter Con

Saturday, September 7
10 AM – 4 PM
The Colonnade, Ringgold, GA

I’m really looking forward to this one! This is a one-day convention up in north Georgia, almost up to Chattanooga. I’ll be there with a bunch of other authors with books! I just happened to come across this event while at Magic City Con back in June and was excited to join in. If you live in that area, I hope to see you!

Story On The Square

Saturday, October 12
12 PM – 2 PM
McDonough Square, McDonough, GA

The last time I was presenting at Story on the Square back in April 2018, they were in a temporary location because they were still renovating the two-story building they ultimately wanted to use. So although I’ve been in their shop, I’ve not seen their event space yet. I’ll be doing a reading from Stolen and signing books as well at this event! This indie bookstore also serves as a bar with some delectable food offerings.

Night Market

Saturday, October 12
6 PM – 11 PM
Drake Field in Peachtree City, GA

You read that right, after the book reading and signing event, we’re heading down to Peachtree City for an evening of lights on the Peachtree Lake. We’ll be there all evening not only with my books, but with my sister’s incredible paintings and jewelry as well. It’s going to be a fun Saturday!

Walker Stalker

Friday – Sunday, October 18, 19, 20
Friday – (VIP 2PM) 3PM – 8PM
Saturday – (VIP 9AM) 10:30AM-7PM
Sunday – (VIP 9AM) 10:30AM-5PM
Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta, GA

Now you KNOW I’m excited for this one! We’re going to be at an artist table for Walker Stalker, one of the biggest horror/zombie conventions in Atlanta. I’ll be sharing a booth again with my sister, signing books and enjoying all of the inevitably amazing horror cosplay!

Night Market

Saturday, November 9
6 PM – 11 PM
Drake Field in Peachtree City, GA

This will be at the same location as the one we’re doing in October. It’ll be our last event of the year before I go back to work on writing and prepping for all the releases coming out next year. If you plan on getting any special gifts for the holidays, this is the last time to do it!
