Refund and Returns Policy

No returns or refunds are available for digital products. Once the product is purchased, the downloads are instantly available.

Physical products have a return and refund policy of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Signed book plates

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Physical books such as paperbacks, hardbacks, or artwork must be returned and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a few business days.

Policy for Items on Sale

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items. Otherwise, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
