This novel has been over a decade in the making, ever since the prequel, Night Feeders, came out back in January 2012. I wanted to add more to the werewolf detective story, I wanted a whole supernatural weird west with dangerous around every corner. I was so excited for this world that the first draft poured out of my fingertips in a month.
